The nationwide tour, which included seven performances in five cities across Japan, has now been successfully completed. The date for “Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol.＃21” has been announced, along with details of the Asia tour.
Kajiura Yuki celebrated the 30th anniversary of her debut last year, and this year she has continued to make headlines for her work on soundtracks for popular anime and dramas. The tour began on Sunday, June 2nd at Showa Women’s University Hitomi Memorial Hall, and included 7 performances in 5 cities across the country, concluding with a performance at Omiya Sonic City on Sunday, August 3rd.
During this tour, they will perform a total of 23 songs, including the theme song for the drama “Anti-Hero” which aired on TBS Sunday Theatre.
As it is the 20th anniversary tour, it is titled “Japanese Seal 20th Special” and is composed mainly of vocal songs in languages other than Japanese, such as the soundtrack songs and Kajiura-language, which is one of the charms of Kajiura’s works. It is an on-parade of classic songs that mix new and old, and it is the true essence of composer Yuki Kajiura.
As the title suggests, this tour was mainly made up of non-Japanese songs such as English songs and coined words, but at the final performance at Omiya Sonic City, due to vocalist KAORI being on maternity leave, Hikaru was welcomed as a guest and the band broke the ban on Japanese songs, including covering Kalafina songs, building anticipation for the upcoming Asia tour.
The Asian tour, scheduled for November 2024, will see the band perform in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Bangkok, Thailand for the first time, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with this special lineup and a special set list exclusive to the Asia tour.
During the encore, the MC also announced the tour “Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol.#21” to be held next year. A total of 10 performances are planned, including a Soundtrack Special performance at Shibuya Orchard Hall. Please look forward to it.

作詞・作曲・編曲を手掛けるマルチ音楽コンポーザー。
1993年、「See-Saw」のコンポーザー兼キーボーディストとしてデビュー。 2002年、「機動戦士ガンダムSEED」のED『あんなに一緒だったのに』がヒット。
その後、「Kalafina」をプロデュースするなど、現在はアニメを中心としたテーマ曲、劇伴音楽を数多く手掛け、2020年には作詞（共作：ＬiSA）・作曲を手掛けた『劇場版「鬼滅の刃」-無限列車編-』の主題歌「炎」（歌：LiSA）が第62回日本レコード大賞を受賞。
アニメ作品以外にも、北野武監督・主演映画『アキレスと亀』やNHK歴史情報番組『歴史秘話ヒストリア』、NHK連続テレビ小説『花子とアン』などの音楽も担当。
デビュー30周年を迎えた2023年4月、個人プロジェクト「FictionJunction」のアルバム、『PARADE』を9年ぶりにリリース。また世界規模で開催している「Yuki Kajiura LIVE」は20回目を迎え、昨年12月、武道館２Days公演『Kaji Fes.2023』を開催した。
