Anime / Manga

The manga “Funeral of Frieren,” written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe, will begin airing as an anime in the fall of 2023 on September 29. Set in a world “after” the defeat of the Demon King, the story is full of ups and downs, including humorous exchanges between characters that make you chuckle, and serious battle scenes using magic and swords.

Set in the world “after” the Demon King was defeated by heroes, the story follows Frieren, a magician who has lived for over a thousand years, as he sets out on a “journey to get to know people” following the death of Himmel, the hero with whom he once defeated the Demon King.

The new “Mimic Plush Toy” is a stuffed toy of a treasure chest-shaped monster called a Mimic and Frieren who is about to be eaten by it. The Mimic is soft and fluffy to the touch, and Frieren has a deflated expression. The Mimic is a very voluminous plush toy, measuring approximately 42cm x 30cm x 36cm.

The most popular scenes from the work are beautifully incorporated into the stuffed toys. Made of polyester, the order period is from May 31st to June 30th, 2024. The release is scheduled for around September 20th. The price is 22,000 yen (tax included).
