I’m very happy to be able to appear in a work directed by my favorite director Yamada for the first time in K-ON!.

Sumika, who I play, is one of the main character Totsuko’s group of friends. She has a girly personality, but at heart she is a kind girl. Mr. Yamada and I hit it off, saying, “There are kids like this, right?” Mr. Yamada often looks at the characters and actors at the same time, so I’m very happy if he offered me this role because I have those elements as well (lol) The

山田尚子監督の作品に初参加です。大変嬉しく思っております。
収録日に監督とも初めてお目にかかりました。監督然とはしてなくて、めちゃくちゃ可愛らしい方でした。私のおばあちゃん役を気に入って頂けたようでホッとしました。おばあちゃんは綺麗でファンキーで優しいおばあちゃんです。
映画は観ているとどんどん浄化されていく、そんな作品でした。
とても柔らかなタッチで描かれていて、プリンシパルの3人は魅力に溢れていて、3様の面白さがありそして共通項もあります。収録した日の私は「水金地火木土天アーメン」このフレーズをずーっと歌ってました。
映画を観て歌って帰るなんて素敵じゃないですか？ 素敵なシーンがあり過ぎて上手く言えないのですが、テルミンの音色に癒されました。3人の演奏シーンは感動です。そして、物語のクライマックスに感涙します。トツ子ちゃんはとにかくキャワイイ。トツ子ちゃんにいつまでも色が見えていますように願います。
トツ子は寮生活をしているのですが、そのルームメイトにすばらしいお三方にご参加いただきました。
おおらかで芯の強いさくちゃんにやす子さん、一見近寄りがたそうでいてとても責任感の強いスミカに寿美菜子さん、楽しくてちょっと変なことが大好きなしほに悠木碧さん。この方々がトツ子の毎日を彩ってくださいました。
アフレコでは、とにかく楽しそうにさくと向き合ってくださったやす子さん。彼女から生まれるさくはなんともかわいらしく、幸福感に満ちていてアフレコ現場が笑顔で溢れました。
寿美菜子さんは、さすがの安定感ときりっとした色気をもってスミカを作り上げてくださいました。
そして悠木碧さん。彼女は、トツ子を取り巻く音を丁寧に考えて、パズルのピースをはめていく様にしほを演じてくださいました。
この可愛らしい3人のルームメイトのおかげでトツ子の毎日の生活がとても彩り豊かなものになったと思います。
また、きみを支える彼女のおばあちゃん。紫乃さんに戸田恵子さん。紫乃さんは、きみのお母さんだったり、時にはお姉さんのようだったり、と前を行く女性のしなやかと可愛らしさがある人です。
これは、戸田さんご本人が持っていらっしゃる魅力ととてもぴったりと合っていると感じてお願いしたのですが、やはり素晴しくて。瑞々しさと落ち着き、太陽と月を併せ持つような本当に魅力的な紫乃さんが誕生しました。

【ストーリー】
わたしが惹かれるのは、あなたの「色」。
高校生のトツ子は、人が「色」で見える。嬉しい色、楽しい色、穏やかな色。そして、自分の好きな色。そんなトツ子は、同じ学校に通っていた美しい色を放つ少女・きみと、街の片隅にある古書店で出会った音楽好きの少年・ルイとバンドを組むことに。
学校に行かなくなってしまったことを、家族に打ち明けられていないきみ。母親に医者になることを期待され、隠れて音楽活動をしているルイ。トツ子をはじめ、それぞれが誰にも言えない悩みを抱えていた。
バンドの練習場所は離島の古教会。音楽で心を通わせていく三人のあいだに、友情とほのかな恋のような感情が生まれ始める。
周りに合わせ過ぎたり、ひとりで傷ついたり、自分を偽ったり―やがて訪れる学園祭、そして初めてのライブ。
会場に集まった観客の前で見せた三人の「色」とは。
