This time, the main PV of this work has been lifted! The opening and ending songs have also been released for the first time.
The main PV that has just been released is set to the opening theme “Otozure” by tricot and the ending theme “Ekigen Datsu” by DUSTCELL, and depicts in a symmetrical way the bizarre life together of ordinary high school student Yokotani Hitoyoshi (CV: Kumagai Toshiki) and former assassin turned maid Yuki (CV: Ueda Reina).
The opening song “Otozure” (tricot) plays as Yuki’s expression appeals to her emotions, as she looks at him with a strong gaze and asks, “If you can do housework, would you hire me?” However, when she starts cleaning, she shows her clumsiness in front of the kind person and ends up soaking the place.
The video also shows Yokotani Hitoyoshi smiling gently at Yuki and saying, “Let’s clean it up together,” as well as Agemochi Taro (CV: Matsui Eriko), whose happy stroll is heartwarming, Hitoyoshi’s sister Yokotani Ririko (CV: Iida Hikaru), Grace (CV: Lynn), who plots to assassinate Yuki/Shue, and Hitoyoshi’s classmate Hikage Naka (CV: Inagaki Yoshiko), giving the impression that Hitoyoshi and Yuki live a lively life together.
Meanwhile, the ending song “Facial Expression Differences” (DUSTCELL) was played along with footage of scenes exuding melancholy and sadness, delicately depicting the inner workings of Hitoyoshi and Yuki’s hearts.
From Yuki’s sad murmur, “If I can find my place in the world other than by killing, perhaps I’ll be able to get to know this person better,” we can see how Yuki’s emotions are gradually stirred as she is touched by Hitoko’s warm heart.
