Additionally, information on the human characters voiced by Aiba Masaki and Otsuka Akio, as well as new Molcars, was also revealed.
The special trailer opens on a grand scale, reminiscent of a Hollywood movie, with a car chase scene between the mysterious group and Kanon.
Next, the driver of the Dodge (Otsuka Akio), who appears next with the familiar characters Potato, Shiromo, Abby, Choco, and Teddy, says, “I’m looking for my missing family.” Fragments of the story are shown in rapid succession, with scenes showing Potato and his friends in grave danger and them racing in a line with Kanon in the lead, giving a hint of thrilling developments to come.
In addition to Patrol Molcar and Vegetable Sales Molcar, all the Molcars that appeared in the TV series, such as Wedding Molcar, Hideyoshi, Sesame, Rose, Himalayan, and Odd, will also be gathering together!

“Mollcar” is being made into a completely new CG animation movie!
“PUI PUI Molcar” is a stop-motion animation that features healing, friendship, adventure, and crazy action as the Molcars unfold in a world where guinea pigs have become cars. Since its broadcast began in 2021, its cuteness and the unique fact that actual guinea pigs are the voice actors for the Molcars have captivated children and adults alike, sparking a “Mollcar boom” worldwide. And in 2024, a completely new CG animation movie will be born!
The director is Mankyu (“Sumikko Gurashi the Movie: The Pop-up Picture Book and the Secret Child”), the script is by Yuko Kakihara (series composition and scriptwriter for the “Cells at Work!” series), and the animation is by Monster’s Egg, an up-and-coming CG animation studio. And Tomoki Misato, who created the original story and directed the first season of the TV series, is in charge of overall supervision, bringing you a more powerful world of Molcar.
