This work will be broadcast over two seasons and will be adapted from the first and second parts of the original comic. Some of the cast information for popular characters from the original comic who will appear in the second part has also been released.

The cast has been decided as Kumagai Toshiki as Oono Raion, a central character in the second part who uses lies to get out of difficult situations, Tanba Tetsuji as Nihonyanagi Shuji, one of the “volunteers” who opposes the Emperor, Suzushiro Saki as Ebina Hikaru, who fights as a “volunteer” like Nishime, Ishikawa Kaito as Kirishima Teru, aide to the new powerful enemy “Queen”, Shirai Yusuke as Seraphiel, the mysterious god father who cooperates with the Queen, and Hikasa Yoko as the Queen, who plots to reign as the new Emperor.

In the second part, one of the strong enemies the main characters will face, Kasai Kai, will be played by Noeru Kawashima, who will be taking on the role of a voice actor for the first time. His comments on the role have been released.
