A teaser video and the voice actors for the 11 characters have been released.

JO1 is an 11-member global boy group selected by the votes of “national producers” who are viewers of the survival audition program “PRODUCE 101 JAPAN.” Since the debut single “PROTOSTAR” released on March 4, 2020, all seven singles released so far have reached number 1 on major music charts. At the end of 2023, “Trigger” will receive the Excellence Award at the TBS “Shining! Japan Record Awards.” He participated in “NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen” for two consecutive years and was the top batter.

“JOCHUM” is a character jointly developed by them and Sanrio. “For those who live here, their dreams come true” – the 11 friends who live in this house. Mamechi, Popo, Yanukami, Pehi, RURU, Rain, Bira, Maikun, Churala, Chimata, and Moko are working hard every day towards their dreams.

The teaser video shows the 11 characters of JOCHUM speaking for the first time. Focusing on the introduction of the 11 characters, the story focuses on the individuality of each character, such as Mamechi'' who aims to become a hero and flies through the sky from a certain pose, and Chimata” who dreams of eating all the sushi from around the world and enjoys conveyor belt sushi. In addition, young voice actors are mainly used in line with JOCHUM’s character concept of “chasing dreams.”

Furthermore, the main story starting this summer will be a one-minute short animation, and the first few episodes will introduce 11 characters each.
