Thirteen years ago, a battle for survival between the monster and the Great Corps suddenly began. However, this battle was actually a farce; the hideout had long since fallen, the Phantom executives had been wiped out, and the remaining lowly fighters, the Dusters, had made a secret pact with the Great Corps to invade the ground every weekend and be defeated and scattered. This work is set in a situation in which a person is forced to repeatedly engage in “Sunday battles.”
The third episode, which aired the other day, has been buzzing on social media with its exciting developments.
The main character, fighter D (CV: Yusuke Kobayashi), has an invulnerable body unless he is attacked with a special weapon called a divine tool.
Yumeko (CV: Yumika Yano) approaches him with a plan to steal the sacred tools while the Dragon Keeper is away during the “Sunday Battle”, and he begins infiltrating the Red Troop camp.
However, his true identity is soon revealed, and he defeats Sentai member Jun Tokida (CV: Hiroyuki Yoshino) with a desperate but cowardly move befitting a villain. He succeeded in obtaining the desired sacred tool.
Just when I thought it was going well. Red Keeper (CV: Yuichi Nakamura), who was supposed to be away, appears in front of him, and D desperately fights against Red Keeper, but…
Red Keeper coldly declares, “You’re not even allowed to play the role of a villain, you’re disqualified,” demonstrating his overwhelming strength.
As if to add insult to injury, the remaining four Dragon Keepers also gathered together, and in the end, he was attacked by the Blue Keeper’s divine tool, and his body swelled up like a balloon. D just explodes.
And the moment Red Keeper tries to get his hands on the stolen sacred tool, it collapses and disappears.
It appears that the sacred tool that D took from the Red Keeper was in the hands of Yumeko. When Yumeko was shown staring at the sacred tool and muttering, “Your sacrifice will not go in vain,” social media users posted comments such as, “D outsmarted the Red Keeper and I felt relieved…” and “I thought you were the main character…D, you really died!” “What happened?” and “I can’t read the developments at all.”
