Animate is a specialty store for anime, comics, and games with 124 stores across all 47 prefectures in Japan, and Animate Kashiwa has been popular with many customers since it opened in 2005. Kashiwa Modi, where Animate Kashiwa will be relocating, has a wide variety of tenants where everyone in the area can relax and enjoy some adult time.
After the relocation, the sales floor will be even larger, making it a store where you can enjoy discovering new works and shopping even more. In commemoration of the relocation and reopening, from the opening day, December 13th to the 15th, there will be a “Special Anime Manager Pin Giveaway”, a “Follow & Repost Campaign”, and a “Year-end Exciting Lottery!”
In addition, the narration for the commercial for the reopening of Animate Kashiwa will be done by voice actress Mika Kohinata, who plays Nagasaki Soyo in the TV anime “BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!!”. The commercial will be aired in Animate stores nationwide and on the official Animate YouTube channel .
