A year has passed since the battle at the Sanctuary, and Emilia’s camp is united, living a fulfilling life for Subaru. However, a single letter brings an end to their peaceful daily lives. Joshua and Mimi, who have come as messengers for Anastasia, deliver an invitation to the watergate city of Pristella. There, they are told that they will find a merchant who has the magic stone that Emilia has been looking for as a new vessel for Puck. Subaru and his friends set off for Pristella, where they find a familiar face waiting for them.
