–Please tell us your thoughts now that the recording is finished.
Yuuma Uchida (voice of Alto) (hereinafter Uchida): A shocking truth was revealed in this work. It was my third time recording, but every time there was a surprising development, and I’m more and more curious about the next one.
Kawanishi Kengo, who plays Elva (hereinafter, Kawanishi): It had been a while since our last recording, but when we were able to record together, it felt great to be able to come back to it right away even after a long break.
–Please tell us your thoughts about the character you played.
Uchida: I felt the kindness that is so characteristic of Alto and the warmth of his embrace once again. He still has that doggy-like side to him, but I felt like he was growing little by little so that he could protect the things that are important to him.
Kasai: Little by little, Elva opens up her heart, and the change in her feelings as she tries to accept Alto herself, which was previously passive, is very moving. Thank you, Alto.
–This film sees a shocking development in which the mystery of the island is revealed, but can you tell us about a shocking event that has happened to you both recently?
Uchida: I was shocked by how delicious corn rice was. I’m so addicted to it that I make it at home.
Kasai: I was very surprised that the island’s secrets were revealed here… and my most recent surprise was finding a swallowtail butterfly larva living in the planter where I keep my vegetable garden. I was very surprised, but I’m just watching it grow.
–Please give a message to all the fans who are looking forward to the CD release.
Uchida: I’m happy to be able to meet Alto and the others again, and I’m happy to be able to act. I hope you enjoy “Song of the Dawn” in the drama CD!
Kasai: This is the story where the story really starts to move forward, and I really can’t take my eyes off it. As with the original work, I would like to continue to act out the story in the drama CD as well, so please continue to support me.
