Information on new characters played by Rio Tsuchiya, Dai Tsuchida, and Masashi Sugawara has been released.
In addition, comments have arrived from three people.
He works part-time at Everymart and is a beginner at fishing, just like Tsunehiro. He is always smiling and close to people, which makes him easy to misunderstand. He is a sociable person who gets along with everyone, but he especially loves Hana and is always following her around.
He is the hired manager of Everymart. Although he is always smiling, he is indecisive and quite unreliable as a manager. However, he also has a pitiful side to him, as he is bossed around by the free-spirited and overly idiosyncratic staff and has a headache every day.
A clerk at Everymart. He is easygoing and difficult to grasp, but he has a deep knowledge of fishing and occasionally leaves behind meaningful remarks. He sometimes uses his abundant funds to lure people, but his true nature, including the source of his money, is shrouded in mystery.
I’m Tsuchiya Rio, and I will be playing the role of Nishimori Kozue.
I only have experience fishing once when I went with my family as a child, but
through the dubbing I was able to learn about fishing, including technical terms, and it was a very enjoyable recording session.
Kozue
is a cute girl who is always smiling, and has a sense of distance that would make even a woman like me
feel a little nervous. I respect how well she knows how to present herself.
I hope you enjoy the cute expressions of the charming characters and the warm atmosphere!
Look forward to it!
It was a very difficult work to find the balance between casually delivering lines without being too over the top and not too under the top.
The atmosphere on set was strangely realistic, and it was often hard to tell whether I was acting or not.
This work has such a unique atmosphere, and as the title suggests, it is about anglers, but
it is recommended for people who love fishing as well as those who have never fished before.
In fact, participating in the work made me want to go fishing for the first time in a long time.
Learning about life through fishing…stay tuned!
It is not easy to express the charm of fishing through animation. The vivid appearance of the fish. The equipment used to catch them and the unique movements of the angler handling them. The surface of the water, underwater, the surrounding scenery… The hurdle of developing these elements and incorporating them into a series is extremely high. If there are lies in the details, enthusiasts will turn away. This work is filled with the staff’s attention to detail, from the precisely drawn fishing gear to the lures (artificial bait), the details of the equipment, the terminology and their accents. This is a work that should be watched not only by fishing enthusiasts, but also by those who have no experience of fishing at all.
Watching it will make you a better fisherman!
Maybe.
