Preliminary scene cuts and synopsis of episode 8 “Welcome to the Defense Force” have been released.
Kafka transforms into Kaiju No. 8 to save Reno and his friends from a mysterious humanoid monster. Just as they were able to fend off the humanoid monster, they came face to face with Hoshina, who was chasing Monster No. 8!
Although Kafka is struggling against Hoshina’s onslaught, he hesitates to fight for fear of counterattacking and injuring him. Kafka barely manages to escape, but Hoshina feels uncomfortable about the fight.
