Blue is the latest work from up-and-coming Hollywood creator John Krasinski. This is a story born from the original idea of what it would be like to have an imaginary friend watching over you even now that you’re an adult, and will be released nationwide on June 14th.
It has recently been announced that Toshiya Miyata will be the dubbing voice actor for this work. He is in charge of Blue, a mysterious being that only children with rich imaginations can see.
Miyata, who is also known as one of the biggest anime fans in the entertainment world, has so far worked on three TV animations (Delicious Party PreCure'', BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!!”, and Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez''), and has worked on movies such as Although he has played the role of Burgess in the movie “BEM ~BECOME HUMAN~” and has acted as a voice actor in many other works, this will be his first attempt at dubbing for a Hollywood movie. When he was offered the role of Blue, who is the center of the story, he expressed his joy by saying, “I’ve always wanted to try dubbing, so I was happy.”
Blue is characterized by her large but fluffy body, and is a cute character who works hard but is always a bit lazy. In this film, Bee and her neighbor (Ryan Reynolds), who is an adult but can see the Blues, go on a great adventure to save them, who are destined to disappear after being forgotten by her children. What kind of miracle awaits Blue and Bee?
