The voice cast for the TV anime will be Shiraishi Haruka, a voice actress who has appeared in a wide range of roles, including as Asirpa in the TV anime “Golden Kamuy” (2018-23), the Princess in “It’s Princess Torture Time” (24), and Leticia in “I Want to Escape from Princess Education” (24) .
The role of Kudo will be played by Tomokazu Sugita, who has played such famous characters as Sakata Gintoki in the TV anime “Gintama” (2006), Himejima Gyomei in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” (2019-), and Nikaido Kohei/Yohei in “Golden Kamuy” (2018-23) . Shiraishi and Sugita will co-star in the film.

I had read the work before I heard about the audition, and I had fantasized about someday seeing it as an anime… and if possible, being involved in it… so when I heard that I had passed the audition, I was really surprised, and very happy!!
As Reiko, I want to live in Kowloon to the fullest.

This work is a pure and heartbreaking mystery love romance about a man who continues to love someone even as he loses track of whether he exists or not.
The main character, Reiko, is an uncertain character, but I believed that she really does exist as a living person, and I approached the filming with the utmost care to capture the real emotions that arose in the moment.
I had a lot of worries while filming, but the process of Reiko finding her true self linked with the real world, and I was able to concentrate and empathize with her. The careful work of the staff saved me many times.
I am grateful to have had so many discussions with my co-stars.
