As in previous character PVs, the trailer shows Tomo being called to an empty classroom by a letter from an unknown sender.
Tomo cheerfully walks into the classroom. He is surprised to encounter Mona, Asahi, and Tsubomi, who are already there. They all try to guess the identity of the sender of the letter, but still don’t seem to have a clue.
As the four of them talk, Mona pretends to be a cat and speaks in standard Japanese, and Tomo, who knows Mona’s true nature, says, “You have a really cute way of speaking. Is that the same here too?” This character PV is full of the charm of Tomo, who speaks in Kansai dialect.
My name is Yano Hinaki, and I will be playing the role of Namba Tomo.
This is my first time playing a character like Tomo, who speaks Kansai dialect but is easygoing, but since there were many people on set who were from Kansai, I was able to relax and enjoy the dubbing!
Of course the original work is great, but the atmosphere of the anime really makes you smile, so I hope you’ll look forward to it!
