中学2年生の大成タイセイは、2年前に失踪した姉の手がかりを求めて、進開学園中等部に転入する。

その矢先、10年ぶりにアンノウンが出現。偶然にもタイセイがシンカリオン運転士として高い適性値を持つことが判明し、闘う決断を迫られることとなる。

アンノウンの正体、そして目的は何なのか…。闘いの末に見えてきた真実とは…。
