The released trailer begins with Hatsune Miku saying, “Teach me how to sing,” followed by a sequence of characters familiar to players of the game “Project Sekai,” including Hoshino Ichika, who is surprised and exclaims, “Miku!?”
Then, Miku’s lonely voice says, “I was calling out to the people I wanted to reach, but my song isn’t reaching anyone…” and an ominous atmosphere begins to spread…
Seeing Miku like that, the characters decide to “put our feelings into song and deliver it to Miku,” and decide to perform a song for Miku.
However, at the end of the video, there are some hard-to-believe words that read “Goodbye”…

<Hoshino Ichika>
Guitarist and vocalist of Leo/need. She may look cool, but she’s actually a kind girl who cares about her friends. She formed the band Leo/need with her childhood friends Saki, Honami, and Shiho. She loves listening to Miku’s songs. She and her friends deliver songs to make the wish of Hatsune Miku from another world come true.
<Saki Tenma>
Leo/need’s keyboardist. She is a cheerful mood maker who is always smiling. Due to her experience of being often ill and unable to attend school, she values being together with everyone, enjoying her youth, and empathizing with those who are suffering.
A unique idol unit made up of one dreaming girl and a girl who quit being an idol.
<Hanazato Minori>
Currently working as an idol in MORE MORE JUMP!. Pure, dedicated and hardworking. She was the only member of MORE MORE JUMP! who had no experience as an idol, but she works hard every day to bring hope to many people. She strives to be of help to Hatsune Miku in a different world.
<Kiritani Haruka>
A member of MORE MORE JUMP!. A former top idol who belonged to the national idol group “ASRUN”. A charismatic presence, she was extremely popular within the group.

A member of MORE MORE JUMP!.
Former member of idol group “QT”. Appeared on variety shows and was once popular. With her strong passion and pride for idols, she is active as a presence who encourages the other members.
<Shizuku Hinomori>
A member of MORE MORE JUMP!. Former center of the idol group “Cheerful Days”, which is still popular today. Contrary to her mysterious appearance, she has a natural side. She was a trainee at the same time as Airi.

A member of the talented street unit “Vivid BAD SQUAD”. A very shy girl with no self-confidence, one day she is shocked by the songs and music she hears from the backstreets, and guided by An Shiraishi, she steps into street music and grows. She volunteers to write songs for Hatsune Miku in a different world.

A member of the talented street unit “Vivid BAD SQUAD”. Inspired by An’s father, he has been involved in music activities since middle school. Dreaming of surpassing the legendary event “RAD WEEKEND”, he is a hard worker who practices until he is bleeding.

A member of the talented street unit “Vivid BAD SQUAD”. Cool and quiet. His strict father is involved in classical music, and he received special education from an early age, so he has an excellent sense of music. However, he got fed up with his father and started playing music on the street.

A member of Wonderlands × Showtime. She has a boundlessly cheerful and innocent personality. When she thinks of something, she takes action immediately, which often ends up getting the people around her involved.
<Nene Kusanagi>
A member of Wonderlands x Showtime. A girl who aims to become a world-famous musical actor. Her singing voice is so good it’s hard to believe she’s a high school student. After a failure, she was afraid to stand on stage, but after meeting her friends, she started to stand on stage again.
At 25:00, as night falls, an unidentified music group begins to move.
<Yoizaki Kanade>
Composer of “25-ji, Night Code”. He has a trauma of his own music bringing despair to a loved one. From that experience, he began to think that “I have to keep making songs that make someone happy”, and he continues to make songs. He writes songs for Hatsune Miku in a different world.
<Asahina Mafuyu>
Lyricist for “25-ji, Night Code de.” On the surface, she is a cheerful, humorous, and excellent student who is relied on by everyone. She is the only one among the club members who attends school regularly. In front of the members of “25-ji, Night Code de,” she shows her natural self, not an excellent student.
<Shinonome Ena>
Responsible for illustrations in “25-ji, Night Code de.” Her father is a famous artist, and she also draws and posts pictures. Kanade sees her work and asks her to become a member. She has a strong personality, and sometimes clashes with the other members…
＜Akatsukiyama Mizuki＞
In charge of the videos for “25-ji, Night Code de.” She is moody and loves cute things. She happened to hear Kanade’s song and felt drawn to it, so she made a music video and posted it. It caught Kanade’s eye, and she was invited to be in charge of the videos. She has a secret that none of the club members know about.
For the owners of each world’s feelings, they change form according to their feelings and help them find their “true feelings.”
<Hatsune Miku (Miku in a world with no one)> She
is calm and cold, but she just doesn’t know how to express her emotions. She’s also not very good at talking, so instead she stays quietly by your side and tries to be supportive.
<Kagamine Rin (Stage World Rin)> She
has a cute and lovely personality and enjoys being an “idol” from the bottom of her heart. In fact, she is still a budding idol and sometimes feels a bit helpless. However, she continues to work hard every day to bring hope to her fans.

<Megurine Luka (Luka from Kyoushitsu no Sekai)> She

A kind and calm personality. She is the owner of a cafe in Sekai, and is often the one to give advice to Kohane and the others, as well as Rin and Len, who tend to fight.
<KAITO (KAITO from Wonderland)>
He is the leader of a theater troupe that puts on shows with Miku and the stuffed animals. Although he is often pushed around by Miku and the others, who act on their ideas as soon as they arise, he keeps a warm eye over them.

“想いの持ち主”たちが“本当の想い”を見つけられるように願い、歌を届けようとしているが、その歌はノイズ混じりで届けられず、思い悩んでいる。
現実の世界とは異なる、人々の”本当の想い”を映し出した不思議な世界。想いの数だけセカイは存在し、想いに応じてその姿かたちを変える。
現実世界では、世界中のクリエイターが創りあげた歌を表現する存在。セカイでは、想いに応じて姿を変え、想いの持ち主が”本当の想い”を見つけ出すサポートをしてくれる。
「目標の喪失」「希望が見えない」「人間関係の悩み」など、様々な理由から”本当の想い”と向き合うことを諦めてしまっている人々。彼らには、ミクの声、姿がノイズとなり届かず、邪魔な存在として拒絶してしまう。
不特定多数の“想いの持ち主”たちの想いから出来ている閉ざされた窓のセカイ。諦めの想いに浸食されているため、絶望感に満ちたセカイとなってしまっている。
2025年1月17日（金）より全国の映画館で公開予定
原作は、音楽を中心としたサブカルチャーが盛んな街「シブヤ」と、人々の”本当の想い”が映し出された不思議な空間「セカイ」を舞台に、少年少女の”本当の想い”そして「自分の歌」を見つける物語を描き、「初音ミク」たちバーチャル・シンガーも登場するアプリゲーム「プロジェクトセカイ カラフルステージ！ feat. 初音ミク」（略称：「プロセカ」）。
本作では、ゲームには登場していない新しい「初音ミク」が、「プロセカ」のキャラクター達と出会い、成長していく姿を、アニメーションスタジオP.A.WORKSにより完全オリジナルストーリーとして描かれます。
「キミのことを、教えて。そうすれば、歌がわかるのかもしれない」
ＣＤショップで聴いたことのないミクの歌を耳にした星乃一歌。彼女はモニターに、見たことのない姿の”初音ミク”を見つけ、「ミク!?」と思わず声に出す。その声に驚いたミクは、一歌と目が合ったものの、ほどなくして消えてしまう。
後日、路上ライブを終えた一歌のスマホに、以前見かけたミクが姿を現す。寂しそうに俯くミクに、一歌はそっと話を聞いてみると、歌を届けたい人たちがいるのに、いくら歌っても、その歌が届かないという。
ライブで多くの人の心に歌を届ける一歌の姿を見て、彼女のことを知れば自分も同じように出来るのではと考えたミクは、一歌のもとにやってきたのだった。ミクの願いに「私でよければ」と微笑みながら一歌は答え、初音ミクと少年少女たちの新たな物語が始まる―。
