The concept is “a relaxing time for a tired weekday evening.” For those who are busy with work or school, we offer a relaxing evening of relaxation while listening to a reading.
The subject of this performance, which will be delivered with this concept, is Natsume Soseki’s “Ten Nights of Dreams.” The beautiful and impressive first night is a dream story that continues for ten nights, and the story is composed into an original scenario with a modern interpretation and arrangement.
The performances will be held at Animate Theater (Ikebukuro, Tokyo) on Tuesday, October 1st and Tuesday, October 8th, 2024. This will be a total of two performances as part of the “Super-translated Literature” series, which was very well received in the previous performance.
The cast includes popular voice actors Kento Ito and Kotaro Nishiyama. The twist in this performance is that the roles will be swapped between the first and second performances! By switching the cast, you might see the same scenario in a different light, and discover something new. You can enjoy these differences too.

いざ読もうとすると、現代語との文体の違いや時代的な価値観の違いなどから、なかなか理解しきれない、なんてこともあるのではないでしょうか。
そこで、本プロジェクトでは、有名文学を“超訳”＝現代的な解釈で現代アレンジし現代語訳したオリジナルシナリオによる朗読劇を上演。
