In this, his second film, he will play the role of the cells’ greatest enemy! I had heard rumors here and there that Cells at Work would be made into a live-action movie. I was surprised and delighted to be asked to play the role! What’s more, I was excited to be playing the cool helper T cell, so I gave the order to the killer T cell to go. I hope everyone will come to the theater to see the epic battle between these tiny heroes in the universe that is the body!
I never imagined that such a world exists inside the liver…
肝細胞さんは見た目は煌びやかなキャラクターですが、現代社会を生きていく皆さんの大切な役割を果たしています。 撮影中は武内監督とスタッフさん、キャストさんと和やかな雰囲気の中、阿部サダヲさんの肝臓内で楽しくお芝居をさせていただきました。
たくさんの魅力的なキャラクターが現れて、作品を楽しみながらも、身体のことを知る良いきっかけにもなりました。
私たちの身体の中にこんなにロマン溢れる無限の世界が広がっていると思うと、いつもの日常がよりストーリー性を帯びてきますよね。
映画をご覧になった方が同じ体験をされると思うととても楽しみです。
今回お話をいただき、あの世界に自分が、という喜びでいっぱいでした。
演じさせていただく新米赤血球といえば原作でははたらく細胞BLACKに登場しますが、この映画の中でも過酷な環境に揉まれまくっています。
自分自身も撮影中リアルに過酷さを味わい、新米赤血球と同じ疲労感を経験しました。
その疲れ具合はスクリーンに現れていると思います（笑）
そんな風に笑えるシーンもあれば、泣けて、学べる、そして自分の身体をいっそう愛おしく感じ大切にしてあげようと思える作品になっています。
はたらく細胞のあの世界を、壮大で小さな細胞と人間たちの物語をスクリーンでご覧ください！
今までにも”人では無い役”を演じさせていただきましたが、遂にきました・・・先輩赤血球役でございます!!!
しかも、ずぅーっと大好きで憧れている阿部サダヲさんの身体の一部になれるなんて本当に光栄です。
新米赤血球君と体の中を大冒険しながら、いろんな目にあっています。
「不摂生な生活を送ってしまって、細胞さん達ごめんね」と健康に気を付けるきっかけになる作品だと思いますので、世界中の人に見て頂きたいです。
今も皆様の身体の中で細胞さん達が必死にはたらいていますよ。
お話しをいただいた時、まず「うわーーい！『はたらく細胞』だ‼︎どの子だ？どの細胞だ？」と分かりやすくテンションが上がりました。
そして今回、細胞たちが生きる体内世界と人間世界の軸で物語が展開していくことを知り、更に新が、細胞たちが生きる体の持ち主である日胡が憧れる先輩、といういうことを知り、とってもとっても大きな役回りをお任せいただいたのだな、と身が引き締まりました。
武内監督率いるスタッフの皆さんと、芦田愛菜さん、阿部サダヲさんの、愛に溢れる人間世界づくりに携わらせていただけたことを、とても嬉しく、誇りに思います。
あとは単純に、劇場でこの作品を観るのが、楽しみでなりません！
武内監督と「翔んで埼玉Ⅱ」の撮影でご一緒していた際にお声掛けをいただき、とても光栄でした。
「肺炎球菌」というまさかの「毒性の強い菌」役で想像もつかないお役でしたが、今後しないであろう特殊なメイクや衣装のおかげもあって世界観に入り込みやすく、楽しみながら演じさせていただきました。
自分の健康についても改めて見直すきっかけとなり、
老若男女どんな方にも楽しんで頂ける作品となっておりますので、ぜひ劇場でご覧ください！
「化膿レンサ球菌役をお願いします」と言われる日が来るなんて、人生何が起こるかわかりませんね（笑）。僕の身体に合わせて何度も衣裳合わせを行いました。メイクテストも何度も繰り返し、クリエイティブチームのセンスとクオリティにワクワクしました。そこに込められたプロ集団のこだわりにも注目してください。完成した作品は観たこともないハイクオリティな世界観でした。そして、想像を遥かに超える「ええ話」でした。武内監督の人柄が滲み出る様な素敵な作品です。この作品の細胞の1つになれたこと大変光栄に思います。
原作のアニメは、ママ友から面白いアニメがあるよ！とオススメされて子供たちと見ていたのでオファーを頂いた時は驚きました。さらに役が黄色ブドウ球菌とのことでさらに驚きましたが、娘達に伝えるととても喜んでいました。菌の役はやったことがなかったのですが、アニメを見ていてイメージが分かっていたのと、今まで演じてきた悪役の経験を活かせればいいな、と演じるのが楽しみでもありました。実際に現場に行くと世界感が原作通りで、衣装やメイクも素晴らしく常にワクワクしていました。実際に衣装がものすごく重かったのもありましたが、演じる時にはいつもの何倍ものパワーが必要でした。いつかまた菌役をやる時のために体力をつけておかなければ、と思いました。
笑って泣いて勉強にもなる最高の作品です。皆さん是非ごらんください！
今回の役は愛憎を両方持ち合わせているキャラクターで、すごく難しい役どころでしたが、
僕はそんなにお芝居をする経験がないこともあり、現場ではすごく皆さんに支えてもらいました。
大人から子供まで楽しめる、すごく勉強にもなる映画だと思うので、是非親子でも観ていただきたいと思います！
