Hayato is invited to the Makuzawa household by Ouka’s father, who is worried about his daughter. When she meets him there, Ouka’s grandmother, Harue, bursts into tears upon seeing Hayato’s face. Harue tells him that she used to work at the coffee shop run by Hayato’s grandfather, Taiyo.

From Harue’s story, Ouka realizes that the six grandmothers currently working at “Familia” used to work at Taiyo’s store, and she wonders if this is just a coincidence. Meanwhile, news breaks that a cafe restaurant called “Family” run by Fuwa will be opening next door to “Familia”…
