鶴瓶以外は本作から初参加となる面々だが、世界的に大人気の「怪盗グルー」シリーズの印象や、オファーを受けた時の気持ちについて聞かれると山田は「ミニオンの声をやるの?って 5 人ぐらいに言われて(笑)少し違って、ポピーっていう女の子の声だよって毎回訂正しました」、児玉は「元々ミニオンが大好きで、お母さんにミニオンのお仕事だよって言われた時にきゃー!ってめっちゃ高い声が出ました。あと、お姉ちゃんにも良かったねって言われて初めてこの仕事に興味を持ってもらえました」、愛之助は「僕もミニオンの中の一人をやらせてもらえるのかなと思ったら違って(笑)うちの歌舞伎の番頭がめちゃくちゃミニオン大好きなのですごい喜んでもらえました」と周りの反応を明かした。
マキシムからグルー家を守るため、スーパーパワーを手に入れた「メガミニオン」が初登場する本作にちなみ、自身が「今とは違う何か一つだけ秀でた能力を持つ“メガ”」になるとしたら何を強化したいか聞かれると鶴瓶は「今までずっと歩くのが早いと思っていたら自分よりも歳を取ったおじさんに抜かされてしまったので、もっとテキパキ歩きたいし思いっきり走れるようになりたい!」、愛之助は「メガジェリーのように身体が硬くて少々の物に当てられても大丈夫なパワーが欲しいです」、山田は「一度会った人の顔と名前を完璧に記憶しておける能力が欲しいです。図鑑みたいにして頭に取っておきたいです」と願望を語ると芸能界においても人生においても大ベテランである鶴瓶から「忘れることも大事やで」と諭される場面も。続いて三木は「生身で見ることが出来る景色の限界があると思うので、役者としての引き出しを増やすためにも飛行機とか乗らずに空を飛んでみてみたいです」、小林は「声優のお仕事をしているとスタジオでノイズを出してはいけないのですが、お腹が空いてくるとどうしても胃が鳴ってしまうのでメガ胃袋が欲しいです」とそれぞれに回答。
最後に、もうすぐ父の日ということで児玉から鶴瓶へ黄色いバラをサプライズプレゼント!アメリカでは父の日に贈るバラは赤と白だが、日本では黄色いバラを贈る習慣があり、これは 1981 年に設立された日本ファーザーズ・デイ委員会が開催した「父の日黄色いリボンキャンペーン」がきっかけとなっているよう。愛する人の無事を願うという意味が込められた黄色いリボンの贈り物を薦めたことに由来している。キュートな三女からの突然のプレゼントに鶴瓶は「ありがとう。ちゃんとお父さんにもあげてね。もしあれやったらこれ持って帰ってもいいからね」と照れながら喜びを滲ませた。また、自身の孫もグルーに夢中のようで「孫がグルーを見ている時に映像が流れてる後ろからグルーの声真似をしたら俺がグルーだって知らない孫が二人同時に振り返って『しっ!』とたしなめられました(笑)」とファンなら垂涎もののエピソードを明かし、会場は笑いに包まれた。
名残り惜しくも終了の時間が迫り、最後に代表して鶴瓶が「自分が思う以上にこの作品を愛されている人が沢山いるし、今回の作品は特にすっごく面白いのでぜひ見ていただきたい。笑えるシーンも、ちょっと泣けるところもあります」と締めくくり、日本語吹替版キャスト報告会は終了した。
