On the 24th (Sunday), the second day of “AJ2024,” a stage performance of “Laguna Crimson” was held on the special stage of the KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE booth.
The final chapter visual for the TV anime “Laguna Crimson” based on the original work by Daiki Kobayashi, which has been airing since autumn 2023, was recently released, and the 24th and final episode will be broadcast on March 30th.
On this stage, in order to further excite the climax of this work, Chiaki Kobayashi, Ayumu Murase, Rena Ueda, Ai Fairuz, and Rina Hidaka gathered for a cast talk looking back on the story. Ta.
The “Who is the real slime?” suddenly started with the memorable scenes of each cast member on stage, talks about their characters, and everyone’s dialogue!

When the cast members took to the stage, the microphone was handed to Mr. Kobayashi, who will serve as MC this time, and the talk event began. When the cast members greeted the booth filled with fans of the work, including the lines and character settings from the work, they received a huge round of applause.
Fairouz Ai and Ueda were looking forward to this stage as it was their first time participating in a real event for “Laguna Crimson”.
“Ragna Crimson” is a dark fantasy depicting the battle between dragons, humans’ natural enemies and rulers of the world, and those who hunt dragons, Karyuujin.
This work is about Ragna (CV: Chiaki Kobayashi), a boy who is a dragon hunter who has been entrusted with power from his future self, and Crimson (CV: Ayumu Murase), a former king of dragons, in order to hunt down all dragons. It is a story that continues the battle. After introducing the work once again, we will look back at the 23 episodes that have aired to date.
When asked for his thoughts on the work, Mr. Murase said that the genius and fun of the original work has been beautifully translated into animation, and that the appeal of the characters is that they make you fall in love with the characters, regardless of whether they are friend or foe. He also expressed his gratitude to the fans who have supported him since the AnimeJapan advance event held last year.
Fairouz, who played a slime in the film and also participated in the after-recording talk project, said he was initially a fan of Crimson, but looking back, he was moved by Ragna’s growth in the second half. .
Mr. Ueda plays Artematia, the dragon king and the lord of the Winged Bloodline who confronts Ragna and the others. He says that Wolte Kamuy (CV: Junichi Suwabe), who is important to Artematia, is impressive, and reveals that he is indispensable to both Ragna and the story.
Ms. Hidaka, who played the heroine Starria and also served as a radio host for the series, said that she couldn’t watch the episodes of the Silver Armored Corps led by Staria without crying, highlighting the development unique to dark fantasy.
After the cast members give their impressions, a scene cut from the work will be shown on the screen. Fairouz, who discovered the character he would be playing, performed his “slime voice,” and Murase immediately imitated him, and the two laughed together.
Following this, Mr. Hidaka and Mr. Ueda imitated the same, and Mr. Kobayashi suggested, “Let’s choose real slime!”
The audience was asked to close their eyes, and each of the four members randomly made a distinctive slime voice, and the fans responded with applause for the voices they felt were authentic. The battle to determine who is the real slime was suddenly started with these rules, and Mr. Fairuz was the victor.
Among them, many were captivated by Mr. Ueda’s cute slime voice and applauded for Mr. Ueda, at which point Mr. Kobayashi warned them, “You’re a fan of Uesha (Mr. Ueda), right?” Although it is a hot and dark work, it was a moment when I could feel the friendly atmosphere and good teamwork of the cast members.
先日公開された最終章”王都死闘編”のPVを上映したのち、第19話より始まった王都死闘編や、クライマックスにも関わらずさらなる盛り上がりを予感させる最終回についてのトークへ。
PVでは、様々な陰謀や人々の願いが詰め込まれたドラマティックなシーンから、これまでにない激しくかっこいいアクションシーンが描かれており、あまりの迫力に訪れた観客は盛大な拍手を送っていました。
PVを受けて村瀬さんは、絶望的なシーンが続くあまり「先生はどうかしてしまったのか……？」と呆然としてしまったそう。オーディション時から原作の虜になってしまったという、村瀬さんの作品への思いが伝わります。
また、物語終盤に登場した新キャラクターたちも魅力的。新しい姿となったゴーレムを赤羽根健治さん、ボルギウスを小西克幸さん、フェルビゴートを緑川光さん、そして原作でも活躍を見せるというギルゼア役を釘宮理恵さんが演じるなど、豪華なキャスト陣が追加キャストとして参加。最終回でもキャラクターたちや、キャスト陣の演技に期待が高まります。
「翼の血族」たちの活躍について尋ねられた上田さんは、血族たちがアルテマティアとそれぞれ違った関係性や、思いを抱いていることに言及。「大切な血族たちです」と、アルテマティアにも、上田さんご自身にとっても重要なキャラクターであることを打ち明けました。
続いて、本ステージ初解禁となる24話のあらすじが小林さんによって読み上げられ、最終回の見どころについて話すことに。
24話の映像を一足先に見ることができたという村瀬さんから「ラグナがとにかくかっこいい」と一言。小林さんによると、最終回に近づくにつれ戦闘シーンでのアドリブも少なくなっていき、ビジュアルや画の動きで全てを伝えるという制作陣の意図が伝わってきたそう。24話ではドラマの結末だけでなく、アクションにも注目です。
ここから、会場・通販にて発売中のオリジナルグッズや豪華特典付属のBlu-ray BOX販売情報、原作コミックスの紹介がされ、ステージは間もなく終了の時間に。
最後にキャスト陣より、最終回を楽しみに待っているファンへメッセージが送られました。
「何が敵か味方なのかわからないくらい、自分の思いや守るべきもののためにぶつかり合っていますので、最終回まで見逃さないでください！」と日高さん。
上田さんは、先程も触れた血族のネビュレムとアルテマティアとの関係性のことを考えていたと言い「彼が誰にとって大事なのか考えてみることで、アルテマティアの複雑な魅力が分かるかなと思いました。彼女の歪さや根っこの部分を最終回で見ることができると思いますので、アルテマティアを見守っていただけたらなと思います」と観客に呼びかけます。
ファイルーズさんは「みなさんが本物のスライムを当ててくれて、スライムの声を出すたびに笑顔になってくれたので、心がプルンプルンしました〜」とスライムらしく挨拶。
村瀬さんが「クリムゾンという役は、役者冥利に尽きるキャラクター。一緒に芝居をして楽しい役者さんたちや作品のことを考えて制作を続けるスタッフの方々と仕事ができて幸せです」、小林さんが「偉大な原作を素晴らしいアニメとして描ききってくれることが感動です。本当に熱い作品に関われて幸せでした」と共演者や制作陣、そして原作へのリスペクトを感じる言葉を残すと、キャスト陣が降壇しステージは終了となりました。
それぞれが己の大切なもののために、多くの犠牲を出しながらも続いてきた戦いがついに決着を迎える『ラグナクリムゾン』。30日に放送される第24話「光」をぜひ、お見逃しなく！
