- Kuno Tatewaki (voiced by Tomokazu Sugita)
- A second-year student at Furinkan High School and captain of the kendo club, Tatewaki is infatuated with Akane. Known as the “blue thunder of Furinkan High School,” his pure and somewhat eccentric nature adds charm to the show.

- Kuno Kodachi (voiced by Ayane Sakura)
- Kodachi is Tatewaki’s younger sister, a first-year student at St. Hebereke Girls’ Academy, and an expert in rhythmic gymnastics and combat. Nicknamed the “Black Rose Short Sword,” Kodachi’s whimsical and mischievous personality shines through.
