“Seirei Gensouki” is a fantasy story of reincarnation in another world, where the past and present intersect. Rio, who has awakened the memories of Amakawa Haruto and his great magical powers from his past life, enrolls in a prestigious academy where the children of aristocrats gather. The story depicts Rio, who climbs his way up from the bottom of a class society, overcoming his cruel fate through repeated encounters and partings.
A new chapter of the “Spirit Chronicles” series has begun! After returning to the Strahl region after his journey, Rio rescues Celia, who was forced into an unwanted political marriage. Then, he is led by a pillar of light that suddenly appears, and has a shocking reunion with Ayase Miharu, the girl he had his first love in his previous life, Amakawa Haruto.
A key visual featuring the characters who hold the key to the story of this work has also been released, and now that we can’t wait for the broadcast, we conducted an email interview with Ayaka Harada, who plays Miharu Ayase. In addition, a new visual of Miharu Ayase for the second season has also been released!
In the interview, we asked Harada Ayaka, who plays Ayase Miharu, about her impressions of Miharu and what to look forward to in the second season.
–Looking back on Miharu’s exploits in the first season, what kind of character do you think she is? Please tell us again about your impressions of Miharu, whether they have changed or remained the same.
Ayaka Harada (Ayase Miharu): I think Miharu is a girl who takes a step back and pays close attention to her surroundings. She’s a wonderful girl who is kind but also strong.
— Now that it has been decided that season 2 will be broadcast, what are your honest thoughts about doing the dubbing?
Harada: I felt that the second season has become even more lively. Miharu is also in a new environment and facing new challenges, but I was reminded that she is a much more dignified girl than you would expect from the atmosphere around her.
–What do you think are the highlights of Miharu in season 2?
Harada: As expected, the first season ended with an intriguing depiction, so I think the question is, “What will happen next!?” We also see Miharu in clothes other than her school uniform, which I think is very refreshing.
–While playing the role of Miharu, is there anything that you like about her? Please tell us.
Harada: I love how Miharu is so modest and honest about her feelings, getting embarrassed, laughing, and showing kindness.
–Please tell us if there are any lines from Miharu in season 2 that left an impression on you.
