・鳴子くんは、普段はお調子者で大阪弁で賑やかで今泉くんと仲良く喧嘩をしていて総北のムードメーカー。でも試合になると、冷静に自チームや相手チームを見ていて自分がどうすべきなのかを考えてる、普段と試合の時とのギャップがたまらなく好きです。そして、チームが勝つためなら自分がリタイアしても構わないという覚悟がとても痺れます。
潤さんの演技も、2年生になって大好きなスプリンターをやめ、オールラウンダーに転向したこともあり、1年生の時とは覚悟が違うのだと思わせてくれる演技をしていて泣きました。特にインハイ1日目のゴール前と3日目の坂道と今泉くんと3人で御堂筋を追いかける所が大好きです。弱虫ペダルの中でも1番大好きなキャラです。（20代・女性）
