Shy and Ai finally arrive in front of Utsuro, but Ai is absorbed into Utsuro and they become one.
Shai loses consciousness in despair after receiving a powerful blow from the transformed Utsuro. As his consciousness fades, he comes across the heart sword, Muku no Kokoro. With Muku in hand, Shai awakens to new powers and stands up again.
