It was an impressive live performance that was a statement to a new stage for both the participating members and the festival’s organizing agency, “NEST Production.” We will report on the performance here.

The announcement that the show was about to begin was made, and the members of STRIX appeared in the dark. The opening song, which was a perfect opening for the live show, featured a gentle yet tearful guitar riff, supported by a well-balanced keyboard, drums, and bass. The audience was surely drawn into the immersive atmosphere of the live show that was about to begin.
As soon as the opening ended, HANA appeared as the first performer. She is the youngest singer of STRIX Featuring Vocals and sang “PEACEFUL WORLD”, which brought smiles to the faces of fans who were familiar with the song and greeted them with their own rhythm and clapping. The song continued with “After blue – Niji wo Kakete -“, which has an impressive music video, and then the MC.
The short story handed out at this concert depicts the story of “Our Summer,” the third song performed, and was written by HANA herself. “Our Summer,” which showed a glimpse of her new talent, is about summer memories with a friend from long ago. There must have been many people who felt the urge to contact their old friends after listening to this song. It was an emotional song that made them think that way.
Next up was Hinata, a new singer who is now affiliated with NEST Production. Her outfit was like the sun, and her tiered skirt was reminiscent of flowers, making her look like a flower blooming under the sun. Many were surprised by her soulful singing voice, which was contrary to her cute appearance when she started singing “YUUNAGI” and “Re:mind”.
Afterwards, she performed the up-tempo song “KO・KU・HA・KU,” which depicts a girl’s adorable feelings of love, and got the audience involved just like an idol, with the venue temporarily filled with clapping.
The MC began, the band members left, and the final songs “Polarization” and “A Poem to Sing to You” began. Haru’s lyrics and singing voice, written with true-to-life sensibility, were strong, and shone like a light that resonated directly in the heart, pouring down on the venue and deeply stirring emotions. It was an impactful first appearance that showed a variety of possibilities. After singing, in his final greeting, he spoke of his warm feelings for his family, which also added to the goodwill of Haru’s good personality.
After a moment of silence, Mizuki from UNIDOTS appeared as the guest for this event. Her appearance, which brings about a unique worldview, instantly changed the atmosphere of the venue, and everyone was absorbed in it. She performed three songs, “Drowning Fish,” “Memento,” and “Heavenly?”, and the emotional impact of the performance was indescribable, like a ripple that created such intense waves that splashes of water on the previously silent surface. It was a truly spectacular performance. During the MC, there was a moment when she talked about her feelings for “Animate,” which was in her hometown, and we were able to get a glimpse of Mizuki’s side as both an artist and an individual, and there were probably many in the audience who were captivated by her charm.
Following Mizuki, HANA appeared in a new costume.
HANA, who has participated as a featured vocalist until now, performed “Paper Moon” and “Rakuen,” songs she composed and wrote herself, as an artist. Until now, she has appeared on stage with a bright white impression, but now she is all black and metamorphoses from a girl to a woman. Some people may have been taken aback by her singing voice, which is different from before, with a mellow voice and sexiness to a man she longs for. While surprised by the difference from before, it was a new face of HANA, and it felt like she was taking one step at a time towards adulthood. There is no telling what kind of artist she will become in the future.
The final act of the live was the retro-future rock band “ANIMA” led by FUMI. The high-pitched claps and pulsating drum beats instantly raised the atmosphere in the venue. Starting with the unreleased new songs “ATHENA”, “Black Star”, “Beyond the door”, and “Tonight”, the heat in the venue reached its peak. FUMI’s piercing shouts drew everyone in, Ray’s edgy guitar echoed that, and Isamu’s storm-like drums added to the spurt. The masterful keyboards that took the harmony of the whole and elevated it to a higher level created an absolute space that could be called the strongest.
ANIMA’s unique strength is that they can play music that reignites the passion of the past that has been smoldering somewhere and makes it burn to the max. You should definitely experience this at a live venue. The stage ended with “SHADΦWS” and “DREAM CHASER”, and it was a fantastic live performance in which both ANIMA and the audience gave it their all.
The entire live show was completed with furious momentum, and the future plans of each member were announced in a promotional video, bringing the show to a close.
