It has been announced that the series will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and BS11 from October 2024, and the first trailer has been released, featuring the long-awaited animation and character voices.
Additional voice actors have been announced: Koji Yusa and Hiroshi Kamiya. Furthermore, the ending theme song will be “Nani Wararottonen” by singer Yoshino.
The first PV released this time centers around Yoshino and Kirishima, and is filled with thrilling scenes along with the character voices being released for the first time in Japan.
After a certain incident, Renji picked him up and adopted him. He is unsociable, doesn’t say much, and always looks listless. He is an old friend of Yoshino and is like family to her, and even though he is unsociable, he shows a side of himself that thinks of Yoshino and acts for her sake. At first glance, he gives off an unapproachable impression, but he is liked by people of all ages and genders, is sociable, and has a side to him that is good at getting along in life.

──The appeal of this work
The world depicted in this work is one that we don’t usually encounter, and dangerous incidents occur one after another. The actions of the characters are so absorbing that you can’t help but watch them even though you know they’re dangerous.
──What are your thoughts on acting?
Shoma-kun is not a very friendly person, and he doesn’t say much, but inside he is filled with very strong feelings. I think he is a very attractive person. I will try to express his personality in the few lines I have.
He is cold-hearted and silent. He is a dangerous man with the ability to wipe out a Yakuza office in a week by himself. Everything about him, from his motives for taking on jobs to the methods he uses to carry them out and the gang he belongs to, is shrouded in mystery. He appears before Kirishima looking for Yoshino, but the reason is unknown. It seems he has known Kirishima in the past, but…? He usually wears a mask, making his expression unreadable, and gives off an eerie vibe.

──The appeal of this work
The true feelings and pretenses of people who are strong in many ways are intertwined, and even though what is being exchanged are lives, it starts to seem like a natural thing…I think once you start to become numb to this, you become obsessed with the charm of it all.
──What are your thoughts on acting?
My rivals are Ishida Akira and Yusa Koji…I’m participating in this project knowing that it will be a serious challenge both as a character and as a voice actor!

As someone who shares the same name as one of the characters, Yoshino, I tried my best to express the way the characters live their lives and the worldview that emanates from the work.

Since the beginning of her activities, the cover videos she has been showing on her YouTube channel have been well-received, and she currently has over 130,000 subscribers.
In January 2024, Yoshino will hold her first live performance, “Yoshino 1st COVER LIVE “Casablanca”” at Ebisu Garden Hall. Tickets sold out immediately, so an additional performance was added at short notice to hold the event over two days, and tickets for both days were sold out immediately.
A Live Blu-ray recording of the live performance is scheduled to be released on September 11th.
This summer, her second live show and first tour, “Yoshino COVER LIVE TOUR 2024 “Tsumeato”” will be held in Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo.
They will make their major debut with Pony Canyon in October of this year.
