Firstly, the “Main Stage” will see the voting period lasting approximately two months from 6:00 PM on August 5th to 11:59 PM on September 30th (Japan time, same below), during which the top 10 will be determined.
The winner will be announced on the premiere broadcast of Jump’s official YouTube channel, “Jump Channel,” at 7pm on December 2nd, and the character that comes in first will be awarded the honorary title of “WORLD BEST HERO.”
In addition, the three characters selected from the top three will take part in the “PLUS ULTRA Stage” to determine another first place winner.
Votes will be tallied for 24 hours only, from 8:00 p.m. on December 2nd to 7:59 p.m. on December 3rd, and the results will be announced on the channel’s premiere broadcast at 9:30 p.m. on December 3rd.
The character that comes in first place will be awarded the honorary title “THE MHA” and will be made into a bronze statue.

In this world, everyone has some kind of supernatural ability or “quirk.” The profession of “heroes,” who protect people and society from accidents and disasters and confront criminals and enemies who abuse their “quirks,” has become something people long for. The protagonist, Izuku Midoriya (nicknamed Deku), who was “quirkless” with no “quirk,” is discovered to have hidden hero qualities by the No. 1 hero, All Might, and inherits his “quirk” “One for All.” After much effort, he enters U.A. High School, a prestigious school for training heroes, and the story of his goal to become “the greatest hero” begins.
The series is a hugely popular hero action manga that has sold over 100 million copies worldwide (60 million in Japan and 40 million overseas, including digital editions). It has also been adapted into a TV anime series, an anime film, a game, and a stage play, making it a hot topic of media mix.
As the seventh season of the TV anime series is gaining momentum (on 29 stations nationwide, including Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV, every Saturday from 5:30 p.m. *excluding some regions), the fourth movie, My Hero Academia: The Movie: Your Next, is currently being shown to great acclaim. In 2025, a fan book and the first art book will be released, and a new original art exhibition will also be held.

Born in 1986 in Aichi Prefecture. In 2006, he won an honorable mention in the 72nd Tezuka Award for “Nukegara”, and in 2007, his debut one-shot “Tenko” was published in “Akamaru Jump”. The following year, in 2008, “My Hero” was published in the same magazine. In 2010, he made his serialization debut in “Weekly Shonen Jump” with “Oumagatoku Dobutsuen”. After serializing “Battle Planet Bulge” in “Weekly Shonen Jump” in 2012, he serialized “My Hero Academia” in the same magazine from issue 32 in 2014 to the combined special issue 36/37 in 2024.

In a world where people with supernatural powers, or “quirks,” have become commonplace, All Might, the former No. 1 hero known as the “symbol of peace,” spoke these words immediately after winning a deadly battle with the “Emperor of Evil.”
Even after All Might retired from his position as the No. 1 hero, his heroic will was passed down to Izuku and the other students in the Hero Course at Yuei High School.
In the spring of Izuku and his friends’ second year at Yuuei, an all-out war between heroes and villains broke out. Izuku confronts Shigaraki Tomura, who has acquired a terrifying power, and they clash violently. Both heroes and villains take great damage, and the battle comes to an end with Shigaraki’s retreat, but the time for them to meet again in a decisive battle is fast approaching.
