The key visual and the artists who will perform the opening and ending themes for the TV anime “Haigakura” which will air in October have been revealed!”Haigakura” is a popular comic series by Shinobu Takayama, author of “Amatsuki” and “Hanashoku no Shiro”, which has sold over 1.3 million copies (including e-books).

The key visuals for this series, which will be broadcast on TOKYO MX, Sun TV, BS Asahi and others from October Kannazuki, have been released! The dynamic new visuals capture the gazes of Ichiyo, a poet whose family has been imprisoned, and Dianhong, a servant who has lost his past!!

It has also been announced that MADKID will be in charge of the opening theme and Hikaru Makishima will be in charge of the ending theme, and they have both made comments ahead of the broadcast. Be sure to check them out.

LIN (MADKID) : “Chaser,” for which I wrote the lyrics, is a fast-paced, oriental song in which I incorporate into the lyrics my own version of the worldview of “Haigakura” and the relationship between Ichiyo, who pursues who she is, and Dianhong, who follows her.

I am very happy to have had the opportunity to be involved in the anime adaptation of such a wonderful work! I hope you will enjoy the opening theme along with the work!

I imagine that the world of “Haigakura” will become even clearer once it is animated and includes movement and voiceovers, and I am really looking forward to the broadcast.
