Taisei Taisei, a second year middle school student, transfers to Shinkai Gakuen Junior High School in search of clues about his older sister who disappeared two years ago.

Just then, Unknown appears for the first time in 10 years. Coincidentally, it turns out that Taisei has a high aptitude value as a Shinkalion driver, and he is forced to make a decision to fight.

What is Unknown’s true identity and what is its purpose? What is the truth that comes to light at the end of the struggle?
