Regarding his character, Keita Ohba, Irino said, He looks like a human, but on the inside he's an invader.In the previous chapter, he wasn't able to speak Japanese very well, but in the second chapter, he speaks in a state where he's becoming human.The first chapter and the second chapter. 主人公の二人は、門出を幾田りら、凰蘭をあのが演じている。あのとのアフレコについて白石が「凰蘭が告白するシーンで、テストでは、みんなに見られているから恥ずかしそうだったけれど、本番前にディレクションを受けて（アフレコを）やった時の『好き』は吐息感が凄く可愛くて、みんなで『可愛い！』となった」と振り返ると、同席していた入野も「あの空気感は良かった。スタジオ全体の体温が上がる感じがあった」と証言していた。
一方、幾田の声優ぶりについて内山は幾田の持つ表現力と綺麗な声質を大絶賛…声優さんももっと頑張らないとと鼓舞をした。入野も「後半になるにしたがってどんどん良くなった」といい、白石も「ナチュラルで素敵でした」と太鼓判を押していた。
黒川は、幾田とあのに対するディレクションについて「お二人の中にある門出と凰蘭を演じてもらえれば良かったので、僕から言うことは何もなかった。こちらから指示を出し過ぎるとそれがブレてしまうと感じたから」と話した。
SNSで募集した質問に答えるコーナーでは「前章は地球滅亡まであと半年で終わりますが、皆さんは、この半年で何をしますか？」との質問が。入野と黒川が「生きられる限り日常通りに過ごす」とする一方、白石は「絶対終わるんですよね？」と設定を念押しした上で「好きなものを食べて飲んで遊んで暮らしたい」とフリーダム宣言。内山はヨーロッパ旅行で全財産を散財すると明かして会場の笑いを誘っていた。
フォトセッションではイソベやんが登場し、「可愛い！」などとキャスト陣も大盛り上がり。
最後に黒川は「皆さんに無事に作品を届けることが出来て、ゴールを迎える形になりますが、作品としてはここからがスタートです。作品が一人でも多くの方の手に渡ることによって、作品は完成します。初日を迎えてからまたこの作品が観たいと思っていただけるのであれば、再び劇場に足を運んでいただきたいです。これからも『デッドデッドデーモンズデデデデデストラクション』を宜しくお願いします」と呼び掛けていた。

東京でハイテンション女子高生ライフを送る、小山門出と“おんたん”こと中川凰蘭。
学校や受験勉強に追われつつも毎晩オンラインゲームで盛り上がる2人が暮らす街の上空には、
