Euphonium 3” comes a collaboration watch with watch manufacturer Seiko. A total of two types will be available, each modeled after the girls’ uniform at Kitauji High School.

“Sound!” produced by Kyoto Animation! Euphonium” is based on a novel by Ayano Takeda and depicts the youth of a high school brass band. The first season of the TV series aired in 2015, and the second season aired the following year in 2016. The movie was released in 2017 as “Sound! Euphonium ~The Melody I Want to Deliver~”, and in 2019, “Sound! the Movie!” Euphonium ~Finale of the Oath~” has been released. The 2018 spin-off movie Liz and the Blue Bird also became a hot topic.

The third season of the TV series, which began airing in April 2024, depicts Kumiko Kumae, a third-year student, taking on the final brass band competition in high school.

The Sound! Euphonium 3 x Seiko Collaboration Watch'' to be released this time is inspired by the girls' uniform at Kitauji High School, and includes a summer uniform model” with a metal band and a “winter uniform model” with a leather band.

The dial of the “Summer Uniform Model” has a refreshing blue color that resembles the summer sky, representing the youth and pure feelings of the club members who practice hard in pursuit of their dreams.

The “winter model” uses a warm burgundy dial and has a dignified and classic appearance. The image is created to combine the tension of the club members preparing for the tournament with the heartbeat of time.

A chronograph model with three subdials on the dial in the colors of summer and winter clothes. It is unique in that the tones passed down from musical instruments and brass bands are scattered on the board in the form of musical notes.

At 12 o’clock, there is Kumiko’s euphonium, at 11 o’clock there is the “K” emblem of Kitauji High School, and in the center of the dial there is an uninterrupted music score.

Additionally, the subdial features Hazuki’s tuba, Midoriki’s double bass, and Reina’s trumpet at the 6 o’clock position (small seconds hand). The trombone and baritone saxophone are at the 3 o’clock position (24-hour hand), and the flute and oboe are at the 9 o’clock position (stopwatch minute hand).

Each piece is limited to 2,000 pieces, and the back cover is engraved with the work’s logo and edition number from “0001” to “2000.” The watch will also be housed in a special box with the work’s logo embossed in gold foil. The interior design is inspired by a concert hall, and a key visual depicting Kumiko and the “Kitauji Quartet” and Mayu Kuroe are set.

“Sound! Euphonium 3 x Seiko Collaboration Watch” is priced at 54,780 yen each (tax included). On sale from April 19th.
