TVアニメのOPテーマ初挑戦の降幡は楽曲「ホホエミノオト」について、「レコーディングはスムーズに自分らしく歌えました」と演じる際と同じくしっくりときた様子を振り返りつつ、「この曲とともに、アニメを何回も見てもらえるよう熱く歌いました」と楽曲への姿勢でアニメを後押ししたい気持ちを明かした。
斉藤は内田真礼とともに歌うEDテーマ「ココロのカギ」について、「ときめきの入り口を描いているような楽曲になっています。フルで聞くと“こう来るか”という展開が待っていますので、ぜひフル尺で聞いていただきたい」と楽曲からも作品への期待感を感じるコメントが飛び出した。
同じく楽曲について聞かれた高松監督は「何回もきいていると恥ずかしくなるようなテイストの曲」と、すこし照れながら感想を述べつつ、ＯＰテーマを歌う降幡に向けて「８０年代のテイストをねらって探していたので、ぴったりの人が見つかって嬉しく思いました」と作品にぴったりの起用を振り返り、笑みが溢れました。
最後に観客に向けて斉藤は「本日はありがとうございました、僕自身も最終回でみなさんがどうなっているのかが楽しみです」と最終回への期待を放送前から煽りつつ、降幡は「素敵な声優陣とスタッフに関わられて幸せです。何度でもおいしい作品なっています」と長く愛してもらえる作品であることをアピール。
春日森監督は「最後まで見ることに“意義”がある作品に仕上がっています。どれかのキャラクターにジーンとくるものがきっとあると思います」とクセ強の住人のキャラクター性に触れつつ、高松総監督は「最初に企画してから８年間かかりました。その軌跡をみなさん一緒に体験してください」と、この物語に掛ける大きな思いを締めのあいさつとし、イベント幕を閉じました。
