“Yamashita Daiki’s Nikuking” is a reward program for meat-loving voice actor Yamashita Daiki, in which he invites his cooking-loving voice actor friends as guests, has them carefully prepare meat dishes from the show’s original recipes, and Yamashita eats them to the best of his ability. After co-starring in the TV anime “My Hero Academia,” the two had their first proper conversation and did a radio show together, but at that time Yamashita had trouble talking to Kaji and seemed like a fan at a fan meeting. After that, they co-starred in the TV anime “Ensemble Stars!” and other shows, and their friendship deepened.
This time, Kaji will be serving Yamashita “Sukiyaki Rare Meat Sushi & Minced Meat Temari Sushi.” In response to Yamashita’s loud cry of “That looks sooooo good!!!”, Kaji replied, “I fought until the very end to be allowed to make a vegetable dish…but I couldn’t lol”. 次に、牛肉を割り下に入れて、すき焼き肉を作っていきます。肉の美しさに狂喜乱舞する山下。「焼肉とかもレア目がいいの？」（梶）「レア目がすき（小声）」（山下）「ちょっと色っぽい声で言うのやめてｗ僕は基本よく焼き派」（梶）と肉の焼き方の話に。「めちゃくちゃ楽しいにおいする！」（山下）「においに感情を植え付けた男、山下大輝」（梶）などの楽しい会話もあり、肉を焼いた後の割り下に水溶き片栗粉をいれソースも完成。出来上がったそぼろとすき焼き肉、先生が事前に作ったハンバーグやローストビーフも加えて、山下も握るのを手伝い、手毬寿司を作っていきます。手に付いた酢飯を食べる流れからTVアニメ『進撃の巨人』の主人公・エレンさながら自分の手を噛む仕草で、「あぶね！危うく巨人化するところだった！」（梶）「あぶない！あぶない！」（山下）と大騒ぎ。視聴者も「駆逐される」「あぶねぇ！！」「エレンｗ」などのコメントで騒がしくなります。
黙々とお寿司を握っていく二人。仕上げにソースをかける場面では、梶が「梶」と自分の名前をワサビクリーム書き「サイン入り肉！転売しちゃだめですよ！」と紹介すると山下が「これ新しいぞ！これが僕のDNAになるんですか？！」と興奮気味に言い、「怖いこと言う！！いちいち表現怖いんだよ！！」（梶）と突っ込まれます。最初は、具と酢飯とソースの順番を間違えてボロボロしていた手毬寿司も、回を重ねるごとに形が綺麗になっていきます。ラップで包んで出していきますが、ラップから出せないものも。形がくずれつつも完成！披露すると、視聴者からは「美味しそうーーー！！」「888888」「梶の存在感！！！」「梶プレートだ！」とリアクションがありました。
続く「animelo+」会員限定コーナーでは、先生によって少し整えられた手毬寿司が登場し、視聴者からも「ラップとれてるｗｗ」「綺麗になってる・・！」「先生さすが」との称賛の声が。梶が企画した20周年記念の音声AIプロジェクト「そよぎフラクタル」とサンシャインシティプリンスホテルとのコラボカフェのドリンクで乾杯です。山下が梶サイン入りの手毬寿司を食べると、口いっぱいに入れて両手でグッドサイン連打。すき焼き手毬用の溶き卵にディップして食べると、梶もグッドサインを連打します。「どれも全然違って全然比べられないくらい美味しかったなぁ」と山下。もぐもぐタイムを見ている視聴者からも「かわいいが詰まってる」「ふたりともわんぱく！」「作ってみたい」「最高！」とのリアクションで、大満足。食後には、番組スタッフから二人へ誕生日ケーキのプレゼントがあり、お祝いムードで幸せいっぱいの回でした。
