On September 15th, an event to commemorate the decision to make the anime, “TV Animation Summer Pockets Prologue Party,” was held. The first promotional video and main visual were released at the event.
In addition, additional cast information was released, and it was announced that Suzuki Konomi will continue to perform the opening and ending theme songs for the anime, just like in the original work. The official website has also been renewed.

“Summer Pockets” is the 13th romance adventure game released on June 29, 2018 by VISUAL ARTS/Key, known for titles such as “CLANNAD,” “Little Busters!,” and “Angel Beats!,” and an upgraded version, “Summer Pockets REFLECTION BLUE,” was released on June 26, 2020.
The protagonist, Takahara Hayari, comes to Torishiro Island alone during her summer vacation to sort through her late grandmother’s belongings.
When she gets off the ferry, which only runs a few times a day, she meets a girl.
With the sea breeze playing with her hair, she simply gazes into the distance…at a boundary that cannot be described as either sea or sky.
Before she knows it, the girl has disappeared somewhere, and Hayari, feeling bewildered, heads to her grandmother’s house.
Her aunt is already there, sorting through her
grandmother’s belongings. While helping to sort through her grandmother’s mementos, she is confused by her first experience of “island life,” but she gradually adapts. She
comes into contact with nature, something she never experienced while living in the city.
It’s a life that reminds her of something nostalgic she had forgotten.

I made some new friends on the island…
I thought to myself, I wish this summer vacation would never end.
