The person who was chosen to play the role of Kamen Rider Gab/Shoma is Chinen Hidekazu !

He is 19 years old and hails from Okinawa Prefecture. He was selected as one of the finalists out of 15,918 applicants in the second Star Audition held in 2021 by Stardust Promotion, which represents many actors who have appeared in the Kamen Rider series in the past.

. I am very honored to be able to play the lead role in such a big production as Kamen Rider, which I have admired since I was a child.
