“SPY×FAMILY” is a sitcom based on the popular manga serialized by Tatsuya Endo on the manga app “Shonen Jump+”. The story follows
the skilled spy Twilight, who has been ordered to “start a family and infiltrate a prestigious elementary school”, as he calls himself Lloyd, a psychiatrist, and lives with his adopted daughter Anya, a psychic, and Yoru, an assassin with whom he has proposed a contract marriage, as a “makeshift family” for the mission.
The TV anime, jointly produced by WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks, will air in Season 1 from April 2022 and Season 2 from October 2023. The film SPY×FAMILY CODE: White was released in December of the same year and became a huge hit. At a special event in June 2024, it was announced that Season 3 will be produced.
The good friends duo Anya Forger and Becky Blackbell from “SPY×FAMILY” will be appearing at the ” Nakayoshi Shopping Fair” to be held at Animate from July 6th to July 28th .
New merchandise with original illustrations will be on sale, including “Acrylic Keychains/Anya & Becky” and “Can Badge Set/Anya & Becky”, as well as “Tea Can” and “Cookies” with bonus stickers. The sheep on the “Tea Can” is the mascot of the department store where Anya and her friends go shopping in the story.
In addition, for every 1,100 yen (tax included) spent on SPY×FAMILY merchandise or Blu-ray or DVD purchases or reservations (a deposit of 1,100 yen or more (tax included) required) at Animate stores nationwide or through Animate Online Store from July 6 to July 28, a special postcard (3 types available at random) will be distributed. The postcard features an original illustration of Anya and Becky enjoying shopping.
