The character designs are by Noriyuki Okazaki. The Joker is wearing a purple special attack suit with “yankee kanji” such as “Kimagurei Jokeshi” (Demonic Clown) and “Bousyokizoku” (Bakushou Oni-zoku) dancing around, and Harley Quinn is sitting in a yankee style with a long skirt. This is the most aggressive design in DC history.

This is a Japanese animation work born from the concept of “Batman x Ninja”.
